Conversation data is processed on your instructions as a processor; we are a controller only for our own customers’ account and billing data.

Summary. Self-serve plans are month-to-month or annual and cancellable any time. Agent resolutions are billed as defined on the pricing page. You own your data and can export it at any time. We provide the service with a 99.9% uptime commitment on Scale under a separate SLA.

Summary. Our DPA incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, lists sub-processors with 30 days’ notice of changes, and commits to region-pinned processing on Scale.
